Hahahaha! I know just how you feel. Actually, it's in the online documentation, but they don't make a big deal about it.

Just imagine what you can do: (((CSCO / 2) + COMS)/ 2 - CS) to see how Cisco and 3Com, when viewing COMS as 1/2 of Cisco, then taken as an average compare and depart from the price of the weak sister, Cabletron. When you add RSI, Stochastic, and MACD, you can measure the relative strength of the average of Cisco/3com vs Cabletron. (I have no idea why anyone would want to do this, but I had to invent a formula.)

I find loading hotlists into quote charts very useful, especially for shorting. I sort the list in descending %gain (Winners at the top). I include Float and 65dayAvgVol as columns in the display so I have an instant snapshot to tell me how significant the volume today is.

QCharts is fantastic.
