Matt . . . I bought these stocks before they were hit with an "E". I only buy OTC issues where I like the business they are in and they are actually "in business" generating revenue or in the early stages of revenue generation. These stocks are not shells looking for a reverse merger. I only buy OTC issues that I feel will be successful over time and have good and responsible management that can respond to and deal with problems or potential problems as they occur. I believe these stocks will resolve the "E" issue because I only buy OTC issues where I believe management has more to lose than I do when little surprises like an "E" occur. My experiences so far is that when a stock I own is hit with an "E", a lot of shareholders stampede for the door. This usually results in the stock price weakening (ECNC as an example). Again, I only buy stocks I like and that I feel have good management. I then view this price weakness as a buying opportunity, and will buy more on weakness. I believe that if you look back in a few weeks that you will find that I am right on EVCM(E) and JCGR(E). The "E" issues will be resolved and the stock price will be higher, barring any unforeseen problems as of this date. It is hard to know if a stock will strengthen when an "E" is removed from its stock symbol. My experiences so far tell me that the stock will strengthen again, but usually not to the same level as before. I believe that most investors that have sold will not come back into the stock once they have sold it as the majority of sellers will no longer be watching or following it. I believe good news release(s) are then required to bring new buyers into the stock to allow the new buying to propel the stock price higher. These are only my opinions and you and I know the market can be a funny place, but I am prepared to live and die on my beliefs. I never believe in panicking when surprises come up, but rather I step back and make a rational decision based on whether management has more to lose than I do. They want to survive too. Regarding stocks that have an "E" before I have bought. I will wait until the "E" issue is resolved, or there is a good indication it will be. Again, management is the key. I am never shy or afraid to call the "Prez" of a company and get an answer to any question(s) I have on stocks I own, or ones I am thinking of buying. SV
