MSFT Earnings release--October 18 (Monday after options expiration)? I saw this date on CBSMarketwatch.com earnings calender. If someone can confirm i would appreciate it. TIA

BTW--Perfect for an options player---lower volatility on October calls but most of the move in the stock should happen by Friday October 15.

Robin, the anger on this & other threads at Ballmer does seem inappropriate--immature, really, as investors have such a short fuse these days that a relatively small correction in MSFT & techstocks pisses them off mightily--if it doesn't go straight up, there's fury...

On the other hand, do you think it's individual investors who jumped, or institutions who used Ballmer's comment in order to churn the market? I think it's the latter.

Jill

RTev- re:I laid the seeds...

Well, you might want to fertilize the ground next time, because my soil won't grow your seeds if I never saw the movie.

Just my late night opinion.

Jon :)
