Ausauder I feel better reading your post. I agree why Sunday night? Was the ruling handed down over the weekend?? Lexar is just trying to grasp at anything to try to save them.. It would be nice if this case would speed up.. I fear were in for a long trial here. Sandisk has already spent one million dollars on this lawsuit.. I sure hope its worth it. Sandisk is my core holding. Thursdays drop was a reality check. Every Sunday i look in ads and see Lexar at Compusa. Viking at Office depot. Rarely do i see Sandisk advertised, which makes me wonder why? When i search for CF on the internet, what caught my attention most was that IBM was selling CF at many of the websites i searched.. Will we ever know who pays royalties and who doesn't? This correction in Sandisk is a buying opportunity, that i will definitely participate in... Jesse Clancy Sandisk=Retirement
