To All...seriously and no joking...
Talked to Solon last night. He has suffered a major blow yesterday. He lost several members of his family to a fire. Others are not in good condition. I hope everyone will join me in offering best wishes to Solon and his family in these tragic times....

Lee--You know I wanted you back on the Flame Thread.
In all seriousness there are a lot of bonds between us. I remember the time when I was visiting you and you told me your neighbor had lost his wife. She had run off with a possum trap salesman from Mississippi, took his best dog, gun, money and pickup. Even though you somewhat disliked him his plight was really moving and we decided to try to cheer him up. We drank our breakfast and went up to that hill just above his house and it just came to us, kind of a spontaneous release and we bellowed out in full chorus: "You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille. Four hungry children and a crop in the field."
It was a very powerful moment that even grew as we realized that we both not only hated the song, we didn't know the lyrics. So we quit singing and you said, "Let's get back to the shine Druss, I think he knows now how much I care fer the pain he is goin through."
Really a moving moment and one doesn't have many of them like that in a life time. So having you vanish was not something I wanted to see. Certainly not in a situation where I don't have an ironclad alibi.

All of this kind hearted stuff is really a test of character I must say. I could use just a tiny bit of counter balance to this new touchy feeley flame thread. If Razorbak would care to drop by I will try a more traditional greeting.
