Thanks. Simple but effective. Perhaps Qcom is doing that. Last quarter it certainly did, and maybe the blockbuster to Mark Roberts was intended to.

AP reports that on Thursday LU announced an alliance with Qualcomm Inc. to build wireless network equipment that offers faster speeds and more capacity. Qcom will make the core chip and software for base stations. The press report showed up on AOL this morning; I haven't posted it due to copyright restrictions. I am not sure that it is new news given the relationship with LU in the past; but it is indicative of where the company is going chips and software to run the systems.
