Ken, Plase re-read the information. Greenwich Information Tech. has several patents in video and audio on demand. Combi-Matrix has several patents on the bio-chip which have made AFFX take big time notice. In fact, EVERY sub. has patent protection. Not sure what you are reading.

In addition ken, ACRI just recieved over 2.5M from a warrant call. Cash position is over $7.5M and I believe there is antoher $1M invested in one of the hedge funds. Burn rate is about $1.2 M per quarter. You are not correct.
