Put This To Victor....

Victor:

You seem to have a very very shallow understanding of these things. Your answers confirm you would much rather blather thin lines of judgement than dig into anything. Read on...

>>Ok after all the drama let's see what you've got on PUTS:

1. "The problem will surface when the stock goes down. How will Microsoft satisfy their put obligations? How will they buy all this stock?"

Please give me a break..even the USA could face the same problem with the dollar..At any rate nothing illegal here..>>

How mighty of you to compare Microsoft with the dollar. You failed to address the issue Victor. Microsoft's put strategy has been getting more and more aggressive. IF the street puts them the stock they will have to buy those shares, period. To date, it's been a great strategy for Wall Street has to buy the underlying stock to take the opposite side of these trades.

Question to you? Do you understand how these mechanics work? Don't just throw a reference to the dollar and as a reason why nothing troubling could be going on here.

>>2. "When asked this, Maffi - their CFO - chuckled that they would just issue more stock to satisfy the delivery when Wall Street "puts" the stock to them. "

No *proof* of anything wrong either..>>

There are people who have shared this in writing to the SEC and Federal Reserve. Microsoft's #2 accounting guy blew the whistle at them and received a multimillion dollar judgement in his favor from Microsoft. He confronted Gates and Maffi and said they were committing financial fraud.

What's your point? Are you pulling a Clinton here?

>>3. "If there is a direct connection between these trades and a financial relationship with Microsoft, then one could argue collusion. If there is collusion, then one must examine the pricing of these puts. My guess would be the pricing is at very favorable terms.">>

Your bolding of my fonts didn't transfer to this response so I guess we'll leave this alone. Not much effort here Victor......

>>4."There may be 168 million put option warrants out there - a small number when stacked against their total shares outstanding- but does this include all the listed put option contracts they've been selling over the past 4+ years? "

really..>>

Cute Victor.....

>>========================
If this is all you've got then I don;t think you have to worry: big brother, and the other monsters are probably not after you...>>

Thanks to you I guess I can sleep tonight.

What a guy!!

Peace.

GO!!
