CHK provides operational update. Saying average prices would be 10% higher from 2.20 and production will be up 5%. Volume pretty high so far and big blocks on ask. High short interest in this one. It'll be interesting to see what happens over the next week.

Gary, I just got off the phone with Mr Jobie Melton the CFO of FGI, he said that based on a conference call this morning that the FGI/HLX merger had been approved by the SEC and that the info should be printed and in the mail possible tomorrow, but most likely on Wed.
