>>maybe I'm overreacting<<

I believe that it may be a bit premature to pull the pin on a company because one sales person has registered a third of his holdings so that he can sell them when he wants / needs to.

I don't know if anyone knows his reasons for doing this. Maybe he and his wife have the opportunity of a lifetime on some property that they have had their eye on for a number of years, or maybe they are helping out a relative who needs cash, etc., etc.. The point I am trying to make is that you don't know what is behind it, and in my opinion, isolated instances like this are really none of our business.

That said, when you see a good number of the management team in a company doing the same thing, then it will make me sit up and take notice. Don't get me wrong, eventually we will see many of them registering to sell. It is going to happen, otherwise why would they accept shares as part of their compensation. It is just that this should be put the proper perspective.

Obviously, I would like more investors in the stock, (it makes for greater supply - demand action), but I also fully understand that everyone has to feel comfortable with their investments.

Good luck Brad, I hope your investments are good ones.

I can see selling a few thousand shares to make up for salary, but 100K?

Don't sweat the small stuff bud. What is that 100K going to net him...$125,000. In the States that could be nothing more than a hospital bill...LOL. Even though its one third of his position were not talking about mucho bucks. There are many number of reasons why he could need that type of money. New house...student loans...ggg. IMO it is a total non-issue.

What we need is investor recognition and some analysts taking a serious look at ADSN. The volume this stock trades is laughable and it always has been. I can honestly say I have never seen a stock with some much braun stay so stagnate.

That said this investment is a no-brainer. Like so many things in life patience is the key...and soon enough we will all reap the rewards of the great DD and discussion that has gone on here...although sometimes I think it would be nice for some newsletter to spam the $hit out of it...
