Shareholders meeting on 11/12/1999 ... at the new offices of ICHG and Bay Micro. The two merge after the meeting, and file the FORM 10 shortly afterwards. Tightly integrated with ICHG is WINR ( Winners Internet Network ). They have been SILENT pending their filing. However, if ICHG makes major announcements at the meeting, and a lot of activity involves WINR, then it looks as if WINR is waiting on ICHG and other way, ICHG waiting on WINR, for the two to file FORM 10. Major announcements by the two firms relating back to each other should propel BOTH stocks greatly. Just how much so depends upon reported earnings and the extent of e_Commerce sites online. Next two weeks should be a hum-dinger ! Regards, Dan
