I was looking for exactly the same type of product, Rich, and found one which works like a champ, just as you desire. It is called NSOutlook, and you can find it at

macgyver.org

You just extract one file into your Netscape Program folder, make a small change to the preferences text file, and you're done...

Good luck.

Maybe this will work for you.I made a shortcut of my mail program and put it in the start/programs/startup.When my computer starts it opens the mail program in a window on the taskbar.I leave it there during my session.Or you could make a shortcut and place it in the start menu or perhaps as a bookmark or link in Netscape browser.
