Thanks!

While you are at it, let me know if you find other public companies where the people within the the company who have been with it for 5 to 6 years also have not sold any of their holdings.

I can tell you that one company I worked with as a junior executive in the mid 80's was the subject of a takeover bid. There were three different companies in the hunt. A surprising number of the senior executives that I worked with sold their shares way too early. I on the other hand held on. On a share for share basis, I ended up making almost twice as much as some of the senior people did. They just had a lot more shares than I had.

What I learned from this was that whether through ignorance, fear, or other personal reasons, people (inside and outside a company) sell their shares. The best thing to do is to do your own research, form your own opinions, and don't let the "noise" affect your outlook or targets.

Once again, good luck, and I hope you make decision that that turns out to be the right one for you!
