OK. Now I've also been part of a delay. I'm even starting to enjoy the humor. I listened to a recording at the company and thought it sounded sincere. The delay was not quantified, but it was implied that the delay would be very short term. As for the mention of health department regulations, I have no doubt that U.S. regulators will look at everything very carefully. However, it is a very large world, and in many markets regulators are much less rigorous. I think the concept is very sound.
