Looks like people are starting to doubt mr blodget's hype - yhoo, amzn, ebay are all down since he put this out: 12:53 ET Holiday Basket : Merrill Lynch Internet analyst Henry Blodget reiterates a "buy" rating on his holiday basket, which includes: AOL, YHOO, AMZN, ETYS, BNBN, LCOS, INKT, and ATHM. Blodget cites recent good news for the sector, including AOL subscriber numbers, YHOO ad rate increase, LCOS record traffic, and MSFT's decision to increase MSN subscription fee.
