Wayne, I don't know that there was collusion...that's why I used IMHO. But Clinton's regime, and the others that you've indicated, have certainly profited by the weakness.
Now I'm wondering just what may be the implications, and possible consequences for us, from this latest strand that's being woven into the tangled web of the gold market.
