Fab, Ovonic is not new, it is the battery division of ECD. They are probably creating a spin off to extract $$ from the speculators, ECD is a perennial money-sucking enterprise. NiMH is the next best thing since sliced bread, if ECD had a lock on the technology they would be rolling in dough. Somehow even after all these these have come to fruition they still don't have a profitable enterprise, and I suppose the stock gets diluted quite a bit on a yearly basis. Greg
