More On The AOL/AtHome/AT&T Deal
Kevin Prigel
Sep 27 1999

StreetAdvisor.com has received information
from another source that indicates that
America Online has retained Goldman Sachs
to represent them in the negotiations to
purchase Excite and get access to AtHome's
pipes, and that America Online management
was in Silicon Valley with Goldman bankers
last week.

With this information, we can now say that
our first source is fully credinle, and that a
deal is definately in the works.

If this happens like the way I believe it is going to, both AOL and ATHM will back in the saddle if they aren't already. Master T has always wanted to be one with AOL, they can make it happen for Armstrong knows that the "Sum Is Better Then The Parts".
