well, Tern does have a tech that no one else has...the big question is will anyone care about it in the future. Just because it is proprietary, it is not even close to guarantee wide adaption by the big boys(i.e. Cisco, Mot, Nortel, etc...) As far as the plug that they have on CNBC this morning...they have canada since the beginning, good for them...but last I check I think we have A LOT MORE cable subscribers in this country...heck California alone has more cable subscribers than Canada probably.
