Benkea,

Its interesting to note that the DOW up up near 100 for most of the day so far, but the the NEW LOWs are already 200 and its only about 1:30.

I am fully aware that it takes a few days for the NEW HIGHs/LOWs to catch up, but lets just say that for the moment, the NEW HIGH/LOWs is not yet confirming a significant rally,at this time.
