Kmowing what I do about in-house art departments, it would be more trouble than it's worth. I often get calls from people starting a new business. They have no money to spend and want the moon, can't decide, change everything...it would be unprofitable for GNET unless they acquired a small studio or formed a partnership with one. Better to refer them to a list of "approved" vendors or freelance it out. Tha't where I get a lot of my work - Companies and agencies that send out jobs they can't handle at the moment or or too small to bother with.
