Mike the last time we were having >100 new lows on the NYSE
I tried to find them in the newsprint listing. They aren't there,
except a few listed high-yield preferreds etc. and other bond substitutes. Although we don't get many new lows until a stock
correction sets in, the number itself is pretty meaningless.

As for semiconductors, I remember back in 1990 (or so) when we had DRAM shortage was not a good time for the rest of technology ...
