Chisy-

IMO if the market were to react negatively to the SEC document they would have already.

In fact, volume today is begining to accelerate. Makes me think a move in the stock is about to happen.

I hope its up.

Chisy,
I understand your impatience. If I keep looking at the stock price every day, yes, I too get frustrated. If one looks at the progress the company has made over the last 12 months in transforming from a high tech, high risk R&D outfit into a commercial venture with a management team to execute the biz plan, one can justify staying patient. There were buyers of VLNC shares last year (October or November time frame) with a little less to justify the investment. Now the shares are about 50% cheaper than last November and the company's employees are delivering materials to JV Hanil according to the news release. Getting a manufacturing line operational, meeting quality specs, OEM product testing - all take time The EPS spin-off due after September may get delayed. The September production target claimed by the company may not materialize. Future "just-in-time" financing attempts may fail. The long-awaited purchase orders may not materialize. These are some of the odds against longs. Ram
