Well..... how much of the story do you know? A patent issued to BMY. RGEN claims that one inventor was in their camp. It's contested.....

In July 1998,
we filed a complaint relating to certain United States patents on CTLA4 which have been issued to Bristol-Myers Squibb Corporation (see Legal Proceedings). We have filed our own patents related to compositions of matter and methods of use of CTLA4-Ig.
