"They havent even announced any contracts for CMDA that I am aware of...." they have a contract - just inadequate financing at this point. their public offering of shares was delayed - first in April, then last month. now they're saying next year. apparently they're running into trouble relative to chinese regulations on foreign investment. the contracts were pending success of the public offering. Chinese govt. has reviewed this too many times now though. maybe China is using it as a card for trade approval? isn't this Tero's position?
