TWICK; first tier defined by those companies listed on ISDEX (the internet INDEX), however, in the long-run....first tier will probably boil down to creation of a household brand name, trustworthiness for reliable service & ultimately.....profits;

you're right....first tier is re-establishing itself every few months because these companies are all in their infancy; it's still musical chairs...sw
