BillyG, fascinating post! I loved this part: "Lexar's preliminary injunction motion asked that SanDisk issue an immediate public statement stating that the court had found that Lexar is likely to win its false advertising claim. " This may be the first time in history that a plaintiff has moved to force a defendant to admit guilt before the final verdict is in. Lexar's lawyers must have huevos the size of Texas. Either that or they're just plain dumb. Craig
