SIII is rolling in money due to the bonanza from the UMC deal (just like ALSC). DIMD will add more products to its bag.
Valueline, Expanded edition, page 27, 9-24-99, still has SIII as a timely stock with a 2,4 rating (same as ALSC).
BancBoston Robertson Stephens has a "buy" on SIII with a $ 15 price target. IMHO SIII will get there in six months as the semi/chips ramp up. Once they gobble DIMD all the "bad ire" will be forgotten! Happy trading - scoop up DIMD while it is still cheap!
