AOL/ATHM deal makes a lot of sense.

For AOL, it finally will have a cable access solution to its 18 million strong customers, which will take away
the 2nd major pressure off its stock value after the first pressure already gone with MSFT rasing internet
access fee, pretty much killed the threat from free access companies.

For ATHM, it no longer needs to worry about this ever looming forced open access, and also can get
access to AOL huge pool of subscribers, a boost to its stock value for sure.

It will be a Win-Win solution for both AOL and ATHM.

Hope the deal will materialize. It definitely will give a much needed boost to both AOL and ATHM's stock
value.

Good luck!
