I post this as constructive information only and not trying to rub salt in any wounds because I have friends on this thread and you know who you are. But if I was long and trying to do some needed DD right now, I would go back and read the INTC/MU SEC equity investment paper (13d/13G?) and check very carefully if INTC can back out of this if MU does not deploy RDRAM or buy equip. Not saying they can or will, because I don't know. But again, if I was long, I would want to know these things, same with other INTC cap ex to DRAM makers. Regards, MileHigh
