1) The stock refuses to go down anymore. Silly as this may sound, I think we have hit a rock bottom. I also find it interesting that a foreign retailer has taken a major stake in the company.

2) the company still has 6 Billion+ in sales.

3) I've talked to some of the GMs and IR in Dallas about Halpin's misrepresentations of future projections. As you recall, i wazs absolutely livid about this. They have demonstrated to my satisfaction that there was no intentional deception involved.

4) The Computer City debacle is over and fully digested.

5) Inventory levels are declining.

6) ASPs are stabilizing.

7) The company is making a real effort to improve customer service (this remains to be seen)..

8) Absolutely everyone hates the company.

My average cost basis is now 9 a share. We'll see how this Christmas pans out.
