Word here in FL (MOT) is that talks are underway with an expected buyout for pennies on the dollar. Teledesic can jump start their plans with an up and running system who's satelites will last for about five years. That is the anticipated time when Teledesic would be launching their own, which appears to be a good fit. MOT can't keep this drain on their main business very long without disproportionate damage. Stay tuned.
