Hi K.,

You must listen to the technology. Tim Berners-Lee became dissatisfied with his creation a while back. He solved the problems, Akamai actualizes the solution.

From the Pristine folks: Quote de jour:
"The world is so fast that there are days when the person who says it can't be done is interrupted by the person who is doing it." - Anon.

Listen, learn, do not doubt. It will behoove you.

Best, Ray

> Only 6 months sales, it is hard to project the revenue growth. What is the good reason to buy this one, except MSFT's 1 stake? <

Read who their customers are.

Also:

Through June 30, Akamai earned $404,000 in revenues, with operating expenses of $10 million. But Charles Lutstein, an analyst with Forrester Research (Nasdaq: FORR), says the balance sheet will even out. Akamai signs up clients on contracts with terms ranging from 3 to 12 months, and it earns revenues based on the amount of content that goes through its servers. Therefore, says Mr. Lutstein, as traffic continues to grow, so does the activity on FreeFlow. Currently, Apple accounts for 75 percent of those revenues, and the second-largest client accounts for 14 percent, according to Akamai's SEC filing. "Akamai needs to grow and broaden their customer base," says Mr. Lutstein.
