Ike, the 'night shift'? LOL! could be, especially considering that Hong Kong was down sharply, which normally would have fed through to European and U.S. markets. if you look at the SPX and OEX candles you see a market that wants to go somewhere, but doesn't quite know yet where that may be. the XAU otoh looks like it knows where it wants to go...looks like a runaway gap was produced today and it blew past the resistance from the April high. it sits now at the next resistance point, we'll see how it handles that one. hb
