steve, re:Intel still suing VIA? I think the original lawsuit to force VIA from using 133 bus was dropped, but Intel filed a new lawsuit to prevent production of Socket 370 chips based on IP rights for the GTL+ bus. Thats when VIA bought NSM and claimed that using NSM as foundry would give them rights to the GTL+ bus. THere's also a coutersuit.

Can anyone else give the details -- maybe its in the latest SEC filings.
