Betty, Ausdauer - Get a grip -- it's only money! <G> I guess I have a different attitude toward investing. To me it is much more a long term commitment and a belief in the products or services that a company provides. SanDisk technology will enrich people's lives, I feel. And you may or may not believe this. I am not as wrapped up in the $$$ aspect of owning SanDisk stock as you may imagine. (It was more of an issue when I was deep in the hole just about a year ago.) At this point it is more like cheering for the underdog. Indeed, I immensely enjoy the successes and deeply dread the setbacks this company has had in the 7 quarters that I have owned it. But it is easy to be compassionate about SanDisk. All you need to do is become a SanDisk consumer and you are hooked. And I don't mind people cautioning me about removing the emotion from investing. The journey will be far more enjoyable than the eventual destination. Ausdauer
