Well said. Another point. Reagan is often blamed for the "deficit" created by the build up and tax cuts. Facts are that during his administration tax revenues increased tremendously but the profligate Dumbocrat controlled Congress spent every nickel of the additional revenue and then some. Reagan critics ought to read the Constitution. Congress alone has the power of the purse. JLA
