A long day... To each and all: Thank you very much for your kind words, and your compassionate thoughts. I did not want this to be public; but I was a bit numb when I spoke with Lee last night...and I guess I see now that it is appropriate. There have been many hugs, Sherry. Yours was very special to me. Thank you. My nephew lost two children in the fire. The oldest child (8) will survive; but, unfortunately, so will the memories of what he has seen. The father is being kept mostly unconscious; I am sure he wishes not to wake-up. The mother is being so strong, that I am frightened for her. I won't revisit this in public. Acknowledgement was needed, and, although my faith is weak, I do believe in the power of good will. I appreciate your prayers for these innocent children, for that is the way that many good hearts express their love and their hope. There are personal reasons that prevent me from contacting some internet friends at this time. To them I ask forgiveness and patience. Well, that is all. I am fine, although it still seems very much like a terrible dream. Give me a few weeks, and I will come back to harass, harangue, and act once again like a mean bastard. But for now, I just want to send all of you my heartfelt thanks. Barry
