A Sony rep was on Digital Jam showing their memory stick MP3 player with a 64 meg memory stick. The device is about the size of a stick of gum but costs $399 and won't be available until Jan. A 64 meg memory stick costs $189. He claimed it is the first flash memory recorder that is SDMI (anti-piracy) compliant.

And they are working on memory stick with greater than 64 megs.

Seems kind of pricey to me.

I'm long DIMD, now part of SIII. Their alliance with MTV which is part of Viacom, and now CBS, is really interesting. Viacom also owns VH1. My Rio 500 is on order. There goes the next several weeks downloading and transferring music.
