True, the house was foreclosed in October, 1998 and I see from on-line records the LFT deed that was put up for it went to the finance company. However, it appears she paid off the balance and received title on 3/24/99. More confusing is that on this document Wilcher is identified as "J.B. Wilcher, Trustee of the Grace Trust, Dated November 1, 1995". Recall this is also the supposed start date for the LFT. Was Grace the original name? Was the LFT really started on December 1, 1997 and Wilcher said "same difference"?
