should have read:

Now that SETO stock is 50-60 cents does that mean that SETO will have to give up less of their stock to acquire the company?

I said: give "us" in the last post and of course meant to say give "up"

In other words, it sounds like SETO could purchase the company even cheaper if SETO stock is priced higher prior to the expected acquisition in October. By the way, it is the phrase below "based on current market values", that leads me to this assumption.

"Terms were not disclosed except for the valuation of
SETO stock for the acquisition which is to be $1.00 per share based on current market values.
