I wouldn't get too carried away with all this. Polar Capital's debenture is due in three months and no doubt they will be converting as per the terms of the Note. This will result in a massive dilution of existing stock base, and I would expect a rollback/consolidation shortly thereafter. I believe the same conversion will take place on all the supposed debt accumlated by Powell over the past couple of years. Thoughts?
