Reading George, one would naturally tend to shy away from any mention of TDMA; the mighty QCOM's CDMA model seems to rule.
I've got NETRO on my radar screen, but have yet to jump in.
The NETRO model of enhancing TDMA architecture appears to me to be trying to beat the proven best. It might succeed in the short term, but where will it be in a few years?
Comments and discussion always welcome.

Mark, thanks for the reminder re Netro. Of particular interest, and something I wasn't previously aware of, is their oem'ing status with LU, Siemens, et al. I would need to look at them more closely before commenting, tho. Suggest we get some discussion going on the last mile or broadband threads. Mebbe wireless wonk or Dr. Levy could save us the time of wading too deeply through their fundamental differentiators. Bernard? ww?
