Jim, I basically hold the November 100 calls @ 9 1/4(stock was just under 100 when i bought). I also bought some further out of the money calls (i think they were Nov 130s)but believe it not i don't remember which ones they were and what i paid. That purchase was smaller. The options seem quite cheap in comparison to regular internet stocks and if this thing takes off----the payoffs could be huge.
If it does not work out, well there is always Microsoft options.<g>
It is just a gamble that i thought was worth taking. I would have never bought AOL as an investment in the past but am getting a feeling that it take off this time. Might actually try some very out of the money October calls if the opportunity arises.
IMHO, it is a good "bet" but of course i could be very wrong.

Good Luck.

BTW---i think it was the MSN announcement. The analyst quoted as saying ISP rates could go up would not have even suggested such a possibility had MSN not raised theirs. The MSN story has stirred some thoughts in analysts' minds. This could create momentum in the stock in terms of upgrades,etc....
