With all the misinformation about the extent of damage from the earthquakes, combined with the news that other companies, particularly those making motherboards, suffered considerable damage, many investors will not realize that the facilities used by SNDK came through with relatively minor damage. Additionally, the comments from MSFT last week did not help. I believe those comments were not made casually but were opportunistic. Taking all these events together, and including the issue of additional shares, one should not expect the shares to surpass their earlier high, for the moment at least. Give it a couple of months. Art
