Oh! Quite right. Sandhurst just a boarding school for older boys, you know. Second sons and that lot. They have women now? No. I didn't know. Wouldn't make a fuss about it though, would they.

Not weird at all. European Court of Human Rights enforces the treaty. Britain is a long-time offender, and has been ordered to treat prisoners better (esp. Irish), police to stop lying, etc. UK has given up much of its sovereignty to be part of Europe.
