I think that's beautiful & inspiring, Mike--thanx for sharing it. Reminds me of the story of the teenager who started his own website, reviewing computer peripherals, and by last year had 300,000 hits a day, job offers from all the big tech companies, and was a keynote speaker for MSFT. The net is truly a great equalizer. And thanx for reminding me to seriously consider GMST, which I was anyway Jill
