I would think that they definitely watch these threads. Being such as small company, the people on this thread alone could have a profound affect on the stock price. Just the people I know own a few percent of CY and I am sure if you add all the people on this thread and their friends to whom they have recommended this stock, we'd easily reach a number that the management would surely care about. By the way, the person whom I got a response from was Jody Balon, in case anyone wished to confirm what I have posted.
