CLYC the E came last Friday, the 24th. SSP talked to them Sept 1, they hoped to have things cleaned up within 60 days, meaning around Nov 1. So there is a chance they could go pink for a spell unless they file all before Oct 24th. Corporate Offices owns the shell CLYC. They are in the business of cleaning the shells up and rolling them up with substance! Mr. Smith said that CLYC will be clean and in operation in 60 days!!!! He said it would be initially rolled into a real estate company that has been in the business at a minimum of 4-5 years to provide a good backbone to start up with. Looks like we've found another shell with huge potential!!! He's been real hush about it but now we know :-)))
