That was great, Joan! Time for Justice to authorize an Independent Strobe Probe! Your thoughts re. dispatching all that expensive hardware to a bad guy's "neighborhood" also on the mark. Just as other weapons have been given nicknames (Sherman Tank, F-15 Eagle, etc.), I think consideration should be given to calling every version of cruise missile, "The Drive By." They're so Bill. MM
